TEEN TECH WEEK AT THE LIBRARY!
Animoto and Wordle for Teens

Sixteen Acres, Saturday, March 10, 12-1:30 pm

Download our flyer

To celebrate Teen Tech Week local teens can try their hand at two fun computer programs, Animoto and Wordle. According to their creators, “Wordle is a toy for generating word clouds from text that you provide. You can tweak your clouds with different fonts, layouts, and color schemes. The images you create with Wordle are yours to use however you like. You can print them out, or save them to the Wordle gallery to share with your friends.” And Animoto quickly and easily will turn your photos and video clips into professional video slideshows.

Teens in the Sixteen Acres area will have a chance to try these fun programs at the Sixteen Acres Branch Library, 1187 Parker Street, on Saturday, March 10 from 12-1:30 p.m. with no pre-registration necessary. Questions about the event at this location should be directed to Doris at (413) 263-6858 or email dmadsen@springfieldlibrary.org .

Funding for this program is provided through the generosity of the Friends of the Springfield Library.
