Chat with a Librarian  Librarians in our own Springfield City Library and the Worcester Public Library are now available during afternoon hours to answer your questions and help with your homework (or any other research.)  We're here to help 3:00 to 5:30 PM Monday through Friday. During any other time, you may leave your question and email address in the chat box below, and a Springfield librarian will get back to you through your email address.
