Read/Write/Now students who have children/grandchildren between the ages of 3 and 10 signed up for Family Math, Science and Reading workshops. Highlights of the year included:

Math

Parents taught other parents Family Math games. Members of the Parent Educator team helped design activities for other parents/children.	Parents learned to play "Math Twister" before taking it home to their children.

Science

Parents and children went on a Field Trip to the Butterfly Conservatory.

Reading

Fathers and grandfathers practiced finger-painting before making Eric Carle-type books with their children.	Read/Write/Now's own Mother Goose
We made masks of storybook characters
Books and prizes were taken home at the end of Storybook Dress-up Day
